MBP extends our sincere gratitude to our fans and everyone who showed support for our concerts in 2018!
We wish you happy holidays and best wishes in the New Year!
2018 was amazing for MBP…from performing at city parks, baby showers, fundraisers, bars, and festivals.
We rocked out at our first ever Unity Park Concert Series. Shout-outs to supporters, Councilmember Vanessa Gibson, Assemblyman Michael Blake, Save Our Streets Bronx, Bronx Council on the Arts, Partnerships for Parks, ioby, Queens Sickle Cell Advocacy Network, Sickle Cell Thalassemia Patients Network, thisistheBronX.info, and all the artists and musicians that made the series a success. Click here for the receipts.
We solemnly swear to make 2019 even more live and lit! And we haven’t even finished this year yet.
Join us in Parkchester on December 29th from 4-8pm at St. Helena’s Church. We’ll be celebrating Kwanzaa the best way we know how…with music! Grab your tickets here.
Wanna help us bring more free music to the public?
Consider a tax-deductible donation to Pentacle/Unique Projects, Inc., a nonprofit agency that helps artists raise funding for public projects. Our founder is one of their fiscally-sponsored artists. Your generosity will enable her to produce more free concerts in the South Bronx or a community near you. And yes, MBP will be there.
Please click here to donate to Elissa Carmona, MBP’s lead singer and party-starter.
Again, we thank you and hope 2018 was safe and rewarding for you. We look forward to making more music in 2019!
